Experian Simmons occasionally hires other companies to provide limited services on its behalf, such as handling the processing and delivery of email and postal mailings, providing customer support, processing transactions, or performing statistical analyses of Experian Simmons services. Experian Simmons will provide those companies only the personal information they need to deliver the service. They are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
Control your Personal Information
Experian Simmons offers its customers choices for the collection, use and sharing of personal information. When you register for the Experian Simmons Data Store Data Service, you may make choices about the use and sharing of your personal information.
In addition, after you have registered with our online data store, MyMarketProfile.com, Experian Simmons lets you view, edit or delete your personal information from the Experian Simmons online data store database. In this case, you will be asked to make your requests while logged into a MyMarketProfile.com account, so that Experian Simmons can associate your preferences with a particular account. This security safeguard helps prevent someone else from making choices about the usage and control of your personal information.
There are some Experian Simmons services that send out periodic email informing you of technical service issues, product surveys, and feature announcements. Because these notifications are a feature of the service, in order to unsubscribe to these mailings, you will need to follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email.
Security of your Personal Information

Experian Simmons uses a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, the personal information you provide is stored on password-controlled computer systems which have limited access and which are located in controlled facilities. The Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol is used to help protect the information transmitted over the Internet between the client software that runs on your PC and the servers that run the Experian Simmons Web sites.
